what makes your ice cream so good?

our french custard ice cream is made with simple ingredients and no added preservatives or stabilizers: cream, milk, egg yolks, and cane sugar for a creamier, denser, and 'not too sweet' taste that we think, makes the best ice cream ever. it's low overrun, meaning we incorporate less air so you can get more of the good stuff each spoonful.

for an optimal eating experience, we suggest you let your pints thaw in the fridge for 5 minutes to ease scoopability. then, you're free to devour with delight!

what about allergies and dietary restrictions?

all of our custard ice creams contain dairy and egg yolks. most of our ice creams are gluten-free (although you will need to double check for toppings and inclusions) while all of our fresh fruit sorbets are dairy-free and vegan friendly.

while we do our best to keep our machines clean after every churn, all of our products may contain dairy, egg yolks, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and soy.

where is pickup? or where do you deliver to?

we currently offer pickup at our production kitchen at 554 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga OR our downtown pop up at 10 Stephanie St, Toronto.

our local delivery to Mississauga, Etobicoke, and the Toronto downtown core is currently on pause due to the busy summer season.

delivery to other areas of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) can be coordinated for large orders above $200.

can i walk in and buy a pint?

we are currently not offering pints in store due to busy summer scoop demand. for pints, please pre order for pick up using the order page. pints get added periodically when we have a little extra on hand, but are not always available. if you are looking for something specific, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate!

my favourite flavour is sold out. when will it come back?

we drop new and fan-favourite flavours on an ongoing basis, so stay tuned to our Instagram @misfit.icecream for updates!
